  In 2005, Plan Baton Rouge hired RKG Associates and a team of consultants to create a Strategic Neighborhood Revitalization and Economic Development Plan that identified strategies and implementation steps to generate reinvestment in the area, to strengthen and preserve the residential neighborhoods and to provide an effective guide for decision-making through community engagement.  Learn more

  Plan Baton Rouge
