Request for Qualifications Package: Residential Contractor Services
The Center for Planning Excellence (CPEX) is soliciting for a Request for Qualifications to general contractors for assistance in repairing homes in the in the East Baton Rouge Parish communities of Scotlandville and Old South Baton Rouge. CPEX has been awarded a $250,000 grant from the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency (LHFA) to facilitate the repair and updating of at least 10 existing owner-occupied homes.
The Request for Qualifications Package identifies the selection criteria and scope of services to be performed by the selected contractor. Qualification statements must be received no later than 4:00pm, August 27, 2010. Submittal details are listed in the RFQ Package.
